" Seating is limited. Plan on (standing room only) during Groups and Group AWARDS.
" Only Studio Owners, and Choreographer who have a piece in the competition are admitted free.
" Any breach of rules, misconduct, disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the event with possible studio disqualification with entry fees forfeited.

The competition will run at least 10 acts per half hour, 20 acts per hour one right after another. You have less time to change costumes than you plan as the hallways are crowded, elevators are slow, restaurant is busy and is hard to file into the ballroom due to folks standing at the door. Note: be sure when looking over the line up to not include any of the adjudication acts that are performing early. These acts are listed above and listed below in the reg. spot so you may see which acts are grouped together for adjudication.

No Matter What - Not being ready to perform causes extreme hardship to other performers and to the event. We regret that we can not be more lenient but in order to get to Awards at a reasonable time for soloists, we must adhere to strict industry standard competition policies.
